Made to Order

Every Parallel World product is printed specifically for you after you place your order — we don’t hold pre-made stock. This means slightly longer lead times than a typical warehouse store, in exchange for less waste and no overproduction.

Production Time

Most items are produced within 3–5 business days before they ship. Production time can vary slightly by product type (for example, framed prints or accessories may take a little longer than apparel).

Shipping Time & Carriers

We ship worldwide. Once your order leaves production, delivery typically takes:

• 3–6 business days within the United States
• 6–12 business days internationally

Exact carriers and transit times depend on your destination and are selected automatically for the best balance of speed and cost.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipped outside your product’s country of production, your local customs office may apply import duties or taxes. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package hasn’t arrived within the expected window, contact us and we’ll help track it down or arrange a resolution.
