Overview

Parallel World (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or shop with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you browse our site, we may automatically collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the store running smoothly and secure.

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. We do not collect or store your full payment card details — payments are processed directly and securely by PayPal.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and ship your order, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to customer support requests, and improve our products and site experience.

Payment Processing

All payments are handled by PayPal. When you check out, you are subject to PayPal’s own privacy policy and terms, which govern how they process your payment information.

Order Fulfillment

Parallel World is a print-on-demand store. Once you place an order, your name and shipping address are shared with our production and fulfillment partner (Printify and its network of print providers) solely for the purpose of manufacturing and shipping your order.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working correctly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended.

Data Retention

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle any related support requests, and meet our own recordkeeping needs.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to see what personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or request that we delete it, subject to any legal or operational requirements to retain certain records (such as order history).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
